AllE Insights, LLC (AEI) was created to talk to people about people.
To help people feel seen … and see each other.

self-awareness, empathy and reflection.

AEI consults and trains adults and Early Childhood professionals
on empathetic self, people and child engagement.

Background:

Jennefer Raymond, owner and lead consultant at AEI, has over 15 years of experience
in education/training and people engagement work. As a classroom teacher, training professional, ECE adjunct professor and CDA PD Specialist, Jennefer has supported individuals, teams and organizations translate ‘people topics’ into functional insights and action.

Jennefer has a BA in Psychology, MS in Early Childhood Education (ECE), ATD Master Trainer credential, and is a seasoned public speaker, people strategist, accomplished educator
and multi-passionate training facilitator.

AEI is a Massachusetts SDO WBE & MBE Certified Business.
